Dandridge shares some tips about how Black business owners can grow and sustain their companies in 2022.

They explore the progress that’s been made and what’s still lacking nearly two years after the topic re-emerged into the mainstream, after George Floyd’s death.
Plus, the world-renowned Dance Theatre of Harlem‘s ballet dancers take a visit to the Motown Museum ahead of their premiere Detroit performance of “Higher Ground,” a ballet performed to the iconic music of Stevie Wonder.
