One Detroit Clip: Vernor Businesses

One Detroit’s Nolan Finley and Hassan Khalifeh of the Arab American News, a Detroit Journalism Cooperative partner with Detroit Public Television, took a stroll down Vernor Highway in South Dearborn last week and stopped by to visit a couple of shop owners on that commercial strip to find out what’s going on. While some are living the American Dream, others worry our immigration policy could put a crimp on local business.
