One Detroit is Detroit Public TV’s weekly public affairs program, offering a fresh, new form of local journalism. With reporters embedded in our diverse communities, One Detroit will tell authentic stories of our people, capturing their struggles, successes and aspirations for the future.
Features in the premiere episode include a discussion on the Governor’s race, a report on the large group of young African-American men who attend the Church of the Messiah in Detroit’s Islandview community, and a profile on Monique Stanton, President & CEO of CARE of Southeastern Michigan.
