NSO HOMELESS CAMPUS: A One Detroit report on the Neighborhood Service Organization‘s groundbreaking for a sustainable campus to end homelessness. The center will provide a variety of support services to help the homeless get back on their feet, including shelter, substance abuse counseling, job training and permanent housing.
