Live music, theater, visual arts and more happening around Detroit this weekend

We are halfway through April and headed into a weekend filled with theater, live music visual arts and more around Detroit and its suburbs. There’s the “When Instruments Roamed the Earth!” concert at Orchestra Hall or the “Heavy Melanin” exhibit at the Norwest Gallery of Art.
