MOTOR CITY BLIGHT BUSTERS: In this One Detroit report, Christy talks with Motor City Blight Busters founder, John George, about changes taking place on Detroit’s northwest side in the Old Redford neighborhood. She takes a tour of the area’s creative space known as Artist Village and gets the latest on new development plans in the community.
HEADLINES: Stephen Henderson and Nolan Finley offer their thoughts on this week’s headline stories, including President Trump’s racially-charged tweets aimed at four Democratic Congresswomen and the status of Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s road funding proposal.
JAZZ FROM DETROIT: Stephen sits down with author Mark Stryker to talk about his new book, “Jazz From Detroit,” a look at the city’s major influence on jazz in America.
