Stephen talks with the new CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, Shawn Wilson, about his partnership with Detroit rapper Big Sean and his efforts to transform the facilities in the area. And, we’ll hear from Big Sean at the reveal of a content and production studio at the Boys & Girls Club in the Cody-Rouge neighborhood, funded by his Sean Anderson Foundation. Plus, we’ll talk with two young African American executives who are working to develop and support other leaders of color in the non-profit sector.
