Significant changes have taken place in Michigan voting procedures thanks to the approval of the Promote the Vote initiative in 2018. There’s now no-reason absentee ballots, but with slowdowns in the U.S. mail during the pandemic, how should citizens make sure their votes count in Tuesday’s primary election?
