A number of civil rights groups, including the NAACP and ACLU, have filed a federal lawsuit against Georgia over its controversial new voting law. The legislation includes massive changes to absentee and early voting, and it places restrictions on the locations of ballot drop boxes. Similar voter suppression bills have been introduced by republicans in the Michigan legislature and several other states. Stephen spoke with Detroit NAACP president, Rev. Wendell Anthony, who recently received the national NAACP activist of the year award.
