On the next American Black Journal: A Detroit museum dedicated to the country’s first Black owned-and-operated television station, WGPR-TV 62, is celebrating its 1st anniversary with a public event on Martin Luther King Day.  Plus, a local high school and a university medical school team up to offer free health checkups to the community.  And, we’ll meet the bail bondswoman who wrote a handbook to help lawbreakers and abiding citizens better understand the criminal justice system.
